In his 25 years as head of EDF, Krupp has overseen EDF’s growth from a small nonprofit with a staff of 50 and an annual budget of $3 million to an international environmental organization with full-time staff of 350 and an annual budget of more than $75 million. A graduate of Yale Law School, Krupp has played a leadership role in the development of the U.S. Climate Action Partnership, a coalition of leading corporations and environment organizations supporting mandatory limits in the United States on global warming pollution. EDF has also partnered with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Walmart to reduce 20 million metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions from Walmart’s supply chain by the end of 2015.
